Students are trained to achieve deep relaxation through meditation employing Harmonic Meditation techniques as pioneered by Dana & Peter Catalano. The Program incorporates the use of original zodiacvibrations music and discussion of the exchange of energy as experienced between people specifically in health and relationships. Upon successful completion of the class, each student becomes a Member of the Harmonic Meditation Program and is entitled to discounts offered in the Program. In addition, each Member will receive a confirmation of their Birth and Spirit signs at no extra cost.
Group
Meditations Individuals who have successfully completed our Harmonic Meditation Class are invited to attend any of our Group Meditations. These meditations usually follow a Meditation Class and are designed to welcome new members to the power of group meditation. The location is determined by the size of the group, therefore, reservations are required in advance.
