Orientation & Training Class -
Two Hours
Wednesday Evenings 6 – 8pm
Students are
trained to achieve deep relaxation through meditation using the
techniques of Zodiac Meditation and original zodiacvibrationsTM music
created by Dana & Peter Catalano.
The Program covers discussion of the following subjects:
1. The effects of Negative Energy
2. What is Zodiac Meditation (ZM)?
3. What does ZM achieve?
4. How is ZM applied to your everyday life?
5. Teaching Workshop using Zodiac Meditation techniques
and tools
Students are taught how to meditate.
Upon successful
completion of the class, each student becomes a Member of the
Zodiac Meditation Program and is entitled to discounts offered in the Program.

Individuals who have successfully completed our Zodiac Meditation Class are
invited to attend any of our Group Meditation Workshops at nominal cost. These meditations usually
follow a Meditation Class and are designed to welcome new members to the power
of group meditation. The location is determined by the size of the group,
therefore, reservations are required in advance.
