     SPIRITUAL HEALING – LOSS OF A DAUGHTER
The Story of Diandra
             A friend and client told me of the sad passing of a young woman who had succumbed to a devastating disease. She was twenty-six, newly married, and on the verge of a huge career. Her mother Diandra was devastated and my client sent her a condolence note that included my name and phone number suggesting that I would be able to help her cope with the loss. A few months passed and Diandra called me.
            “Can you help me?” she said with great pain in her voice.
            The emotional pain she was feeling was preventing her from leaving her home, so I arranged an appointment in her apartment. When I arrived, she again ask,
            “Can you help me? Can you contact my daughter Greta?”
            “I will,” I responded, “but first I need you to focus on your breathing and relax.”
            I explained the concepts of energy and my approach to spiritual healing. It was very helpful that Diandra was very spiritual herself and understood and accepted most of what I was telling her. I assured her that whatever we talked about would be confidential and she could be very honest about her feelings. She proceeded to tell me an elaborate story that included Greta’s birth, schooling, career, and her tragic death from cancer. Diandra was in so much pain that she couldn’t stop crying. My heart really went out to her and I asked that she write down questions that would give her have a better understanding of the passing. Questions that needed to be answered.
            “It would give me solace to know that I can reach her”, Diandra said as we were preparing for the encounter.
            In order to reach a deceased spirit entity, I need to know their name, date of birth, and date of death, to ensure a contact with the correct energy. While I prefer to hold these sessions by myself in the quiet hours of the early morning, I felt the interaction between Diandra and Greta was more appropriate. Diandra was ready but first we recited aloud the “Protection Prayer” making us one with the Universe and creating a barrier to reject all potential negative energy. I closed my eyes and mentally voiced the sacred symbols invoking Greta’s energy. There was no resistance reaching Greta as it seemed as though she was anxious to come in and communicate with her mother.
            One by one, Diandra read her questions aloud and I repeated them. As the answers emerged, I was constantly hearing strange sounds that where interfering with the session and I tried to push them out of my head to no avail.
“Googly goo, googly goo“, the sounds became very loud and I had to relay them to Diandra to see if they meant something to her.
“Does the sound or words googly goo mean anything to you?’ I asked.
“That’s it! That’s it!” Diandra cried out. “That’s the password I had with Greta. We made a bond that if she could reach me, she would use the password, googly goo, to let me know it was her.”
           Diandra’s energy changed from very depressed to very elated and I was taken for a moment with the transition. Her questions were very exact and focused in on feelings between the two of them; moments of apologies, and moments of reaffirming their love. The session went very well and most importantly, Diandra knew that she could reach her daughter’s energy any time she wished. This gave her a tremendous amount of strength with which she was able to get on with her life. She still misses Greta but the Spiritual Healing has set her free.
